What is The Workshop?
A Victorian workshop, est. 1898, converted into ten private offices in Cheadle Hulme.
What are the offices like?
Ten private offices across two floors, each a key-locked room of its own, beautifully furnished and ready to move in. Every office is on the offices and pricing page, and The Meeting Room is included in your rent.
Is there a kitchen, and somewhere to sit away from your desk?
Yes, a high-spec shared kitchen with appliances, and a breakout space away from the offices for calls, lunch or a change of scenery.
Costs and Terms
What is included in the price?
One figure covers the office and the shared spaces. The full inclusion list is on the offices and pricing page and confirmed in writing before you sign.
What is the minimum term?
The minimum term is 6 months. Your term and notice period are confirmed in writing before you sign.
Is there a deposit?
Yes: your first month's rent, paid upfront. It is set out in your written terms before any money changes hands.
What is the WiFi like?
The WiFi is fast, secure and business-grade, and it is included. You can have your own network for security.
Viewings and Access
How do I arrange a viewing?
Email hello@theworkshophq.co.uk or send the form on the contact page, with a rough idea of your team size and when you would like to come.
Can I get in outside normal working hours?
Yes, 7am - 7pm. However, we're open to being flexible for you and your business: tell us the hours your team actually works and we will agree it before you sign.
How secure is the building?
The courtyard is gated and entry is by camera intercom. Every office is key-locked and private, so your kit and your paperwork stay behind your own door.
Is there parking?
Yes, there's free parking on the surrounding roads, and you can discuss with us about adding a dedicated parking space at the site with your office rental.
